Our four locations are open six days a week:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Holidays: Varies by location. Please call prior to picking up your prescriptions. We are closed on New Years Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. 

We are proud to serve Health First Health Plan members, Health First associates and their dependents, Health First hospice patients, discharged hospital patients, and patients who are low-income.

We're committed to making your pharmacy experience more convenient and connected so you can focus on what matters to you. We provide many ways to order and receive your prescription, including mailing it to your home if you prefer.  Health First Health Plans members receive three months of prescriptions for just two months of co-pays so that you can save time and feel good.

You can order medical equipment by calling Health First Medical Equipment at 321.434.3400. 

Refills called in after-hours will be filled the next business day.

Call 321.434.7355 to enroll in our mail order prescription service and have your medication refills mailed right to your door at no extra cost. A pharmacy associate will set up a method of payment and secure the mail order delivery option for you. Please note that mail order is only available to addresses within the state of Florida.

You may also have your provider call or fax us your prescription. 

If you are a Health First Health Plans member and your plan includes a mail-order benefit, you can get up to a 90-day supply of your medications through mail order.

*Please note that regardless of the amount you order, you must pay the cost-share associated with the 90-day supply. We recommend only using the mail-order program for 90-day supplies. Certain restrictions may apply.

It typically takes 24 to 48 hours to process and mail out a new prescription or refill a prescription.

Yes! Most prescriptions can be delivered to your post office box unless they are temperature sensitive or have other special handling requirements.

Specialty medications are generally defined as high-cost drugs requiring special handling (e.g. refrigeration), and may have one or more of the following characteristics:

• injected or infused
• limited access to few retail pharmacies
• require additional clinical support to maximize a patient's outcome

Specialty medications are currently marked with the symbol ** after the tier number on the Health First Commercial 5-Tier Drug List. If you are a non-Medicare Health First Health Plans member, you can obtain your specialty prescriptions through Accredo Specialty Pharmacy. Please note that not all specialty drugs are available for a 90-day mail-order supply.

Health First's home infusion service allows patients to receive a wide variety of infusion medications in a peaceful and comfortable environment. We are staffed by an experienced team of pharmacists, physicians, registered nurses, and nutritionists who provide quality, personalized care to meet the needs of patients and their families. We work alongside the medical team to ensure a seamless transition from the hospital to the home. Other benefits include:

We know you want to get home from the hospital as soon as you can without having to stop at the pharmacy and wait for a prescription. Patients hospitalized at Health First hospitals can sign up for our discharge medication service.  We will fill your prescriptions and deliver them to your hospital room for no extra charge. This way you can get home and start recovering where you feel most comfortable. There is no additional cost to you beyond the same co-pay you have at your pharmacy.
