Price estimates and financial assistance.
It's our duty to keep costs clear.
Managing healthcare costs can be confusing and overwhelming—you don't want to pay more than you have to.
We want you to feel empowered to plan ahead and make choices that are best for you. That's why we're focused on making your healthcare costs transparent and clear.
Here's what you will need to get a price estimate:
- Complete contact information, including name, address, email, and a valid phone number.
- Gather your health insurance information including payer name, policy number, and group number, if applicable.
- The CPT code for the service. Your physician's office can provide the code for you. This is necessary to ensure the estimate given is for the correct service.

Price estimates.
This estimate covers hospital services only and does not include professional services. You will receive separate billing for professional fees. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of anticipated charges, medical care and diagnostic testing may be higher or lower depending on the specific circumstances. Therefore, please take note that these are only the anticipated charges and not a guarantee of the cost of the service and that you may pay less for the procedure or service at another facility or in another health care setting. You will need to contact your health insurer or HMO for anticipated cost sharing responsibilities.
We offer financial assistance, discounts, and payment options to eligible patients. Information may be obtained at hf.org/financialassistance or you may contact us at 321.434.8600 for more information on programs available to you.
For contact information for health care practitioners and medical practice groups that are expected to bill separately, please visit our provider directory.
