Feel empowered with caregiver training.

The First Steps: This five-part program, developed by the Alzheimer's Association, is designed for people who are newly diagnosed and in the early stages of dementia, as well as their caregivers.

Classes cover how to plan for the future, potential safety issues, legal and financial concerns, communication and coping strategies, and available community resources.

Dementia Live: We want to help caregivers get the training and support they need to confidently care for a person with dementia. The Dementia Live program gives our caregivers, families and community an interactive experience to heighten understanding, deepen empathy and elevate care.

Stress-Busting Program for Family Caregivers: This nine-week, small-group program is focused on support, problem-solving and stress management. We know how exhausting it can be to care for a loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia. You will not only break down common stressors, but learn coping skills through meditation, art, music and journaling.

Once you've taken this course, we welcome you to join our stress-busting support group to continue facing challenges and finding solutions with a group of people who understand.

Support is here when you need it.
